Day 1
Welcome To Siwa!
We will be moving from Cairo the night before Day 1 at 11 pm. The road takes around 10 hours.
Upon our early arrival, we will have Breakfast in a local restaurant then head to check-in at our hotel.
Afterwards we start our adventure by having a tour around Siwa. It all starts with a visit to Shali castle. Then it’s off to Gebel al Mawta, or Mountain of the Dead, where plenty of rock tombs and wall paintings will fascinate you and it also offers panoramic views of the oasis.
Then off to temple of the Oracle of Amun is next on our list which was built in the 6th century BC and witnessed several historic events. Finally, it’s time for Siwa’s most famous Natural spring Ain Cleopatra before heading to Dakrour mountain for a short sunset hike.
Day 2
Safari drive
Breakfast will pave the way for a day of exploration on 4x4 Land Cruisers. We’ll start-off with a refreshing dip in the cold lake then our professional drivers will take us on a thrilling desert Safari.
A little before sunset, we embark on a sand boarding adventure to give the day another adrenaline boost.
Afterwards we will head to a desert camp which is the perfect way to end the day with a bedouin dinner and some tea around the bonfire before returning back to our hotel again.
*Please note that phone network is unavailable on this day.
Day 3
The Egyptian Dead Sea Experience
It’s another long day that kicks off right after breakfast. We will start by visiting the Salt lakes, having the experience of floating on the water in our Egyptian Dead Sea.
After having our lunch and right before sunset we will head to Siwa Lake to witness the beauty of Siwan sunsets
Day 4
Departure
Following breakfast, we head out to the souk again in case you didn’t get your fill of souvenirs. A fair bit of warning: you’ll be tempted to buy everything you see here.
Then, it’s goodbye Siwa, we move at 1 pm and arrive back in Cairo at around 11 pm.
