Welcome to Kathmandu
Namaste! After you arrive in Kathmandu, you will get transferred to your hotel for check-in. Later that night we will enjoy a Welcome Dinner.
The Last Resort
After an early breakfast, we will check out and start heading to The Last Resort which is situated 100 km from Kathmandu on the road to Tibet. The Last Resort is an eco-lodge set amidst sprawling terraced slopes, suspended on a high cliff-top gorge above the wild Bhote Kosi River and surrounded by dense jungle and pristine forest. There we will have the rest of the day to relax, and enjoy a short 15 mins hike to the nearest waterfalls where we can take a dip in the cold fresh waters.
Canyoning, Bungee Jumping and Canyon Swing
After having a quiet breakfast within the surrounding relaxing environment, the day quickly escalates to an action packed one with our first adventure: Canyoning! Our expert canyoning guides will lead you in abseiling, jumping and sliding down steep canyon walls and waterfalls to deep pools below. It’s wet and wild and you’ll have a great time!
Next are the optional Bungee Jumping and/or Canyon Swing and the only piece of advice we will give you is, missing these activities would probably be missing the chance of a lifetime.
After breakfast, we say goodbye to The Last Resort and head to our next adventure: White Water Rafting. Beginner friendly, adrenaline packed in wild waters and extreme speeds, white water rafting will leave you with an exhilarating experience that you will remember forever. After we finish we arrive at our river camp where we spend the night.
Off to Pokhara!
After Breakfast, we head to another beautiful town: Pokhara. After we arrive we check in our hotel and have the rest of the day free for leisure.
Sunrise over the Himalayas
This day begins with an early breath-taking view of the Annapurna Himalayan ranges as the sun slowly rises. After hiking to Sarangkot, you will be rewarded by the spectacular views of the sun rising over the Himalayan range including Annapurna, Dhaulagiri and Manaslu.
Later, get ready for one of our most exciting activities, Paragliding (optional), as you surround yourself with even more incredible views of this marvelous city. Then you will have the rest of the day free after a relaxing boat ride in Lake Phewa.
Ziplining and Hike to Dhampus
Enjoy a free morning in Pokhara, swiftly followed by a sensational zip flying experience (optional) and say your goodbyes to this panoramic heaven, as you’ll then head to Phedi. Once we arrive we'll start the 3-4 hours hike through beautiful countryside villages, lush forests and farming terraces to get to Dhampus. Dhampus is a beautiful village and a scenic view point to see the Machhapuchhare and Annapurna range and is where we'll be spending the night.
Back To Kathmandu
After watching the sun rising over this spectacular view, we will be hiking down to Phedi from which we will head back to Kathmandu. We will have the chance to explore Kathmandu's Thamel square and enjoy some local shopping.
After having our last breakfast, you have the option to visit Monkey Temple.
Later, you will get transferred to the airport for your flight back home.

Adventure Leader Description
The Adventure Leader's mission is to make sure you have a smooth experience and to help you have the best experience possible. They will offer recommendations for things to do and see, great local eating venues and help the group interact and get to know each others (most of the time this actually happens on its own). While not being guides in the traditional sense you can expect them to have a broad general knowledge of the countries visited. We also use local guides where we think more specific knowledge is needed.
Average: 20 pax
Food is an essential part of traveling. Traveling with Gazef we try as much as we can to help you experience the different kinds of food available in each destination. Our groups tend to eat together to enable you to enjoy each other's company. There is no obligation to do this at all times though. We usually leave out some of the meals excluded from the itinerary to give you the flexibility to choose what to eat based on your personal preference. It also gives you more budgeting flexibility. Your Adventure Leader will be able to suggest good restaurants during your trip. Vegetarians will be able to find a range of different foods, although in some areas the choice maybe limited.
Our group trips are designed for shared accommodation and do not involve a mandatory single supplement unless requested. Single travellers joining group trips are paired in twin accommodation with someone of the same sex for the duration of the trip.
What to Pack
What you need to bring depends on the trip you have chosen and the countries or regions you are planning to visit. A Packing List will be sent to you as soon as you book the trip. We suggest that you pack as lightly as possible as your are expected to carry your own luggage. Suitcases are not recommended–most travellers carry a backpack or rolling bag of small to medium size (no XXL ones please!). You will also need a day pack/bag to carry water, cameras and other belongings.
It is customary in Asia to tip service providers such as waiters, at approximately 10%, depending on the service. Although it may not be customary to you, it is of considerable significance to the people who will take care of you during your travels. You may do this individually, or your Adventure Leader will offer to collect the money and tip local guides/drivers as a group. Recommendations for tipping drivers and local guides would range from USD1-2 per person per day depending on the quality and length of the service; ask your Adventure Leader for specific recommendations based on the circumstances and culture.
In Asia the dress standard is more conservative than it is in other places. In predominately Buddhist, Hindu and Muslim countries we ask that you dress respectfully and avoid very short shorts/skirts and singlets/tanktops when visiting temples or mosques or other holy sites.
