DAY 01:

Welcome to Nairobi

Upon arrival to Nairobi, you will be met by our representative at the airport who will you transfer you to your accommodation for the day.

Begin the day with a visit to the renowned Giraffe Centre, where you’ll enjoy an intimate introduction to the endangered Rothschild’s giraffe and learn about the conservation work being done to protect the species.

From there, continue to the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, celebrated for its work rescuing and rehabilitating orphaned elephants before gradually reintroducing them into protected wilderness areas you’ll get to see the orphans being fed.

After a lunch stop, we'll journey into the heart of Nairobi for a memorable finale getting a birds eye view from one of the city’s iconic rooftop helipads, where we'll take in sweeping panoramic views of the capital and its striking skyline, before transferring back to the hotel.

DAY 02:

Nairobi to Naivasha Lake

After breakfast, you’ll be met by your driver for the scenic journey to Lake Naivasha, the highest lake in Kenya’s Great Rift Valley, ringed by dramatic escarpments and abundant wildlife.

Check in to your lakeshore accommodation around midday, with lunch and dinner included, and settle into the tranquility of the lakeshore, where giraffes, zebras, antelope and abundant birdlife move freely through the surrounding landscape.

DAY 03:

Crescent Island Walking Safari & Transfer to Lake Nakuru

After breakfast and check-out, transfer to Crescent Island for a gentle boat crossing of Lake Naivasha, watching for hippos, graceful waterbirds and wildlife gathering along the shoreline.

Step ashore for a privately guided walking safari among freely roaming giraffes, zebras, wildebeests and antelopes as there are no large predators on the island.

After a lunch stop, continue on to Lake Nakuru, arriving in the early evening to check in to your lodge.

DAY 04:

Lake Nakuru

Today you get to experience one of the most spectacular national parks in Kenya’s Great Rift Valley. Surrounding escarpments, picturesque ridges and a beautiful backdrop of the lake with flamingos create an amazing setting to view the diversity this park has to offer and because of its compact size.

Enjoy a morning game drive after breakfast, return to the lodge for lunch and to relax over the hottest part of the day, then head back out for an afternoon game drive in this beautiful park where you'll have the best chance to witness one of the shyest and most extraordinary of the animal kingdom: The Rhino!

DAY 05:

Return to Nairobi

After breakfast, depart your lodge in Nakuru for the scenic drive back to Nairobi. Settle in for a comfortable one-night stay, with time to relax and prepare for the next chapter of your journey, the Maasai Mara.

DAY 06:

Fly to Maasai Mara

After breakfast, fly to the legendary Maasai Mara, where sweeping savannahs, exceptional wildlife encounters and one of Africa’s most celebrated safari experiences await.

On arrival, transfer to your camp overlooking the Mara, free to settle in, relax and enjoy the views or head out on an afternoon game drive, depending on arrival time.

Day 07: 

Full-day Game Drive in Maasai Mara

A full day dedicated to exploring the Mara, home to vast herds moving across open grasslands while lions, elephants, wildebeests, Thompson's gazelles, zebras, Giraffes, cheetahs and countless other species roam freely through one of the greatest wildlife theatres on Earth.

Day 08:

Back to Nairobi

After a final morning in the magnificent Maasai Mara, transfer to the airstrip for your flight back to Nairobi. As the sweeping savannahs fade below, reflect on the extraordinary landscapes, wildlife encounters and moments that have defined your journey.

On arrival into Nairobi, connect onward to your international flight home bringing this Kenyan adventure to a close.
