We will depart at 7:30 AM from Cairo, with a journey of approximately 2.5 hours ahead of us. We’ll arrive early in the morning, ensuring we have plenty of time to make the most of the day ahead.

We use private buses, either a Hiace for smaller groups of 10, a Coaster for larger groups of 19 or cars for smaller groups of 2-3.
No electricity will be available at the campsite, so make sure to bring your power banks.
In the populated areas of Fayoum and at the camp site, you can typically expect reliable network connectivity. However, as you drive through the desert landscapes, expect some inconsistencies in network connection. Certain remote parts within the desert may have limited or even no network coverage at all. Therefore, be prepared for periods of disconnection.
